Welcome to Anvaya Cove’s Membership Club website, an online platform jointly managed by Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club, Inc. (“Beach Club”) and Anvaya Cove Golf and Sports Club, Inc. (“Golf Club”) (collectively, “Anvaya Cove”, referred to as the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” in this Notice). The term “you” and its derivatives refer to customers, vendors, partners, employees, associates, and other stakeholders of Anvaya Cove. Here’s how we protect your data privacy:

- You provide personal and membership information in relation to your membership inquiries, requests, and other concerns.

When you inquire about our products and service in this website through “Account Login”, “Request Password” and “Contact Us”, “Inquiry and Concerns – Inquire Here”, “Send us an Inquiry” and “Contact us Today” Forms, the Company collects and processes the following personal information that you provide:

- Mobile Phone Number
- Membership Number
- Membership Account Password
- Type of Inquiry/Subject
- Any other information that you voluntarily decide to share with Anvaya Cove in the Message Box
Disclosing personal information other than yours
When you disclose to us personal information of another person (e.g., your dependent, spouse, children, and/or parents), you attest that consent has been obtained from that person to disclose and process his/her personal information in accordance with this privacy notice.
If the Personal Information was provided by a minor or one who is not legally capable of entering into contractual transactions without parental or guardian consent, the parent or legal guardian shall be responsible in providing the consent, and in correcting any information given or informing us that the information should be disregarded or deleted.

- Processing of information for statistical, analytical, and research purposes.
Just in case you requested or opted information about our products or services, you may unsubscribe from them any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the promotional emails, following the steps provided in the promotional email or text messages or replying to the email indicating that you no longer wish to receive any email from us.
Your Privacy Rights

How secure is the data we collect?
We do our best to ensure that your personal data is protected and your privacy is preserved.

How long do we store your data?
We shall retain your personal data obtained via our “Account Login”, “Request Password” and “Contact Us”, “Inquiry and Concerns – Inquire Here”, “Send us an Inquiry” and “Contact us Today” Forms for a period of one (1) year from the fulfillment of the declared purposes or allowable criteria for its processing; unless we believe that these may be relevant to any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings in order to establish, exercise, and defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk).
We keep your data as long as it is necessary: a) for the fulfillment of the declared, specified, and legitimate purposes, or when the processing relevant to the purposes has been terminated; b) for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; or c) for legitimate business purposes, which shall be in accordance with the standards of the banking industry.

This includes organizations which handle or obtain personal information as technical and service providers for Ayala, Land, Inc. who, in addition to the above measures, undergo our due diligence that includes their data protection practices.

We have no control over and are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of third parties.
