Starting his career in Las Vegas, Chef Vlad has made a name for himself in pioneering dining legends from the likes of Carpaccioo, Masas Filipino Restaurant and the Brazilian Churrasco Restaurant in Makati. His culinary journey has led him to Monaco and Dubai where influences in flavor is now evident in his creations at the Bamboo Café or the Pawikan Beach Bar & Grill.
